02Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, employment details, salary and repayment information, support messages, and limited device or usage data needed to operate the service.

03How we use information

We use data to verify eligibility, manage applications, support payroll-backed repayment, provide customer support, and maintain security. Authorized reviewers may generate a versioned account-review report from records already held by ChifCash, including identity and employment decisions, repayment and complaint history, document ownership, lending restrictions, and limited session patterns. These reports present evidence and findings without an aggregate fraud score, and shared contact or network information never causes an automatic rejection.

04Sharing

Information may be shared with approved employers, service providers, payment partners, and regulators where necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

05Retention and security

We keep records only as long as needed for operations, compliance, and dispute handling, and we use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect them. Detailed account-review evidence expires after 90 days while a minimal audit record of generation and access is retained. Account reviews do not add device fingerprinting, historic geolocation, document-content hashing, or VPN, proxy, and Tor intelligence.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information, subject to identity checks and legal requirements.
